This course explores the principles and practice of public relations in sports organizations with an emphasis on media relations. The course covers the skills essential for sports communication professionals, including handling media interactions across platforms, crisis management, and the integration of positive communications strategies to meet the strategic goals of sports organizations.

Prerequisite(s): COM 320 Principles of Public Relations
