Common Learning Outcomes 17. [AE] Aesthetic engagement through creative production or reflective patronage of the arts

Advanced Beginner Jazz is designed for students who have a basic knowledge of jazz dance and desire to improve their jazz dance capabilities. This course is designed to further explore the fundamental characteristics of Jazz Dance, Musical Theatre Jazz vocabulary, expression and performance through warmup, center floor, and traveling combinations as well as the combination of these elements. Students are required to have flat jazz shoes. May be repeated eight times.
