This course will take you through a more in-depth look at leadership. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing communication skills, both verbal and written, and explaining why this is important as a leader. This course is an opportunity to investigate leadership and management techniques in a controlled environment to help prepare you for increased responsibilities in the future.
