Leadership and Organizations, M.S.

The Masters of Science in Leadership and Organizations (MSLO) is an advanced masters degree exploring current research and practice for leading complex organizations. The MSLO is a 30 credit hour degree. This degree is designed for advanced leaders curious to explore current research in the fields of leadership and organizations.

Students will develop and refine skills in critical thinking, research, coaching, and consulting and will explore theories, research, and emerging trends to grow as thoughtful and engaged leaders. This is a research-based masters that shares courses with the current PhD in Leadership degree program. MSLO students complete doctoral level courses but are not required to complete a dissertation.

Degree Requirements (30 Cr. Hrs.)


Choose 30 credits from LEAD, LBUS, and LCHR courses.
