The Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning is designed to prepare working professionals to lead, teach, and consult in the public and private sectors. This program will equip individuals with the highest level of scholarship and practical experience relevant to service in traditional public, private, and online education settings, as well in educational businesses, churches, or non-profit organizations.
Completion of this degree program will provide an enhanced credential with increased credibility in the workplace. This program, which includes two concentrations, provides candidates with opportunities to engage in scholarship, internship, research, and the development of professional competencies in these areas:

Curriculum and Instructional Leadership Concentration
The EdD in Leadership and Learning (Curriculum and Instructional Leadership Concentration) is designed to prepare candidates to lead curriculum development, innovative learning experiences, and instructional best practices at the highest level. Preparation in this concentration will enhance candidates’ skills and/or potential for positions such as instructional coach, instructional coordinator, curriculum designer, or training development manager.
