MEEN 310 - Fluid Mechanics3 Cr. Hrs. Fundamentals of fluids and their properties; governing equations of engineering fluid mechanics; application of laws of statics, buoyancy, stability, energy and momentum behavior of ideal and real fluids; dimensional analysis and similitude; application to practical problems in the areas of hydrostatics, potential flows, flow through ducts and piping inertial, inertial and extensional flows, compressible flows, and dynamic lift.
