ECCE 230 - Electric Circuits

3 Cr. Hrs.
This course will provide the fundamentals AC/DC currents and voltages and electric circuit analysis. It will discuss DC resistive circuits including circuit laws, network reduction, nodal analysis, mesh analysis, energy storage elements, sinusoidal steady state, AC energy systems, magnetically coupled circuits, and the ideal transformer. The course will further provide methods to synthesize useful and robust circuits that are used in many applications in most industries.

Prerequisite(s): MATH 290/291 Corequisite(s): PHY 201/203
