MAT 480 - Models for Financial Economics3 Cr. Hrs. This course introduces students to mathematical models used in financial and economic applications. The topics include payoff and profit functions, spreads and other option strategies, hedging, binomial tree models, and the Black-Scholes Formula.
Prerequisite(s): C or better in MAT 340 .
