College of Business Mission Statement
The College of Business develops future business leaders with the Christian virtues of character, servant leadership, and cultural engagement. These leaders will positively impact their business organizations and the community at large.
Bachelor of Organizational Leadership Mission Statement
The purpose of the Bachelor of Organizational Leadership program is to provide leadership skills based on Christian principles, increase interpersonal skills and employee relations skills that are required of leaders, enhance communication skills needed by leaders, and expand skills in one’s chosen career path. The program is intended to supplement one’s technical skills and work experience with leadership and people skills.
