ACC 450 - Corporate Accounting Risk and Internal Controls

Examines internal control frameworks and audit principles from the corporate perspective to develop risk assessment and control evaluation skills. The course explores transaction cycles, examines audit processes, and analyzes accounting frauds that shaped modern professional standards to enhance students’ effectiveness in corporate accounting functions.
