BUS 720 - Application of Ethics in Leadership
Understand and analyze how ethics of an organization are established, managed, and influenced by leaders. Explore the nature of ethical leadership through case studies of moral dilemmas that exist in societies and organizations. Attention will be given to how leaders’ values and beliefs affect ethical decision-making and organizational culture. Students will develop an understanding of the complexity of the moral dilemmas through an analysis of organizational complexity in pursuit of the common good. Formerly BUS 630. Students cannot receive credit for BUS 630 and BUS 720.
