The Science of Interviews and Interrogations provides an examination of the psychophysiological trails left behind from survival instincts at work. From an interpersonal communicative perspective, we refer to them as verbal and nonverbal behavioral cues. The course will focus on an exploration of forensic interviewing and interrogation techniques. Students will conduct practical exercises, including observations and analyses of verbal and nonverbal cues in speech and handwriting.
