ENGR 120 - Foundations of Engineering Design II2 Cr. Hrs. In response to design concepts, students identify, formulate and solve engineering problems using MATLAB; engage in engineering estimation and “rules of thumb” to question and validate computed model output; read, interpret and write problem solving programs, coded instructions and formulae output; iterate, evaluate conditional statements; and debug. Various forms of technical documentation and communication are emphasized.
