Students in the Master of Public Service and Administration degree program can choose to add a concentration in Criminal Justice Leadership. The Master of Public Service and Administration (MPSA) with a concentration in Criminal Justice (CJ) prepares students for leadership and management roles in criminal justice and law enforcement. The program provides students with an overview of issues in the following areas: Criminal Justice Executive Leadership, ethical leadership, media and political relations, the courts, Corrections, Juvenile justice, and Homeland security. Students learn skills and knowledge that can be applied to many different areas of employment in government agencies.

Students must select 9 credit hours from the graduate criminal justice curriculum to add the concentration in Criminal Justice Leadership.

MPA 540 - Organization Behavior in Public Services 3 Cr. Hrs.
MPA 560 - Techniques in Planning and Program Evaluation 3 Cr. Hrs.
MPA 610 - Capstone in Advanced Concepts and Applications in Public Administration 3 Cr. Hrs.
