The minor in History provides students with a foundation in the academic study of history. The minor can complement any degree, as historical study at the college level sharpens the skills that are important to most professions, such as effective writing, critical analysis, and logical thinking. Students can shape the minor to meet their historical interests by selecting courses from American, European, or World history.
