The College of Business will develop future Christian business leaders with the virtues of character, servant leadership, and cultural engagement. These leaders will positively impact their business organizations and community at large.

Why Management?

A major in Management is designed to allow graduates to satisfy goals for entry-level positions leading to a professional career in business, industry, government, charitable and other not-for-profit organizations. Faculty strongly recommend that Management majors pursue a double major and/or minor in other business disciplines.

Exit exam. All business students must take a nationally normed, summative end of program exam that is used for outcomes assessment purposes.  The exam that is currently being used is provided by Peregrine Academic Services.  This is a comprehensive exam covering all of the major business disciplines and it is a graduation requirement.  The exam is taken as part of the Senior Seminar (BUS 490) course.

The elective courses for MGT will not count toward a minor in another business discipline.
