The MSN Executive Leadership track is a 41 hour program with 400 clinical hours designed to train nurses to become Nurse Executives and assume leadership roles.  The program incorporates Business classes such as BUS 501 Management & Thought Application, BUS 525 Managerial Accounting, BUS 571 Health Care Policy & Structure, BUS 573 Improving Healthcare Quality, Safety, & Outcomes, and BUS 572 Healthcare Finance & Economics, all of which are MBA curriculum classes.  In addition, the program integrates CRJ 620 Principles of Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Management to ensure our students are prepared for the role as a leader in a healthcare organization. Students in this track will be well prepared to test for the NEA-BC national certification exam offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  Students come to campus for 2-3 days mid semester to meet with faculty, interact with their classmates, and learn new skills to help them be successful in their field.
