PT 825 - Clinical Practicum 2

8 Cr. Hrs.

This full-time, 8-week clinical practicum provides students with an opportunity to apply previously learned knowledge and skills on patients seeking physical therapy care in an outpatient or inpatient setting. Students will evaluate and treat individuals of all ages, primarily those with simple health conditions, under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.

Prerequisite(s):

Successful completion of all previous academic coursework with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Completion of all laboratory practical exams and skill checks with a minimum score of 75% grading and no safety concerns.
Satisfactory demonstration of essential functions and professional behavior as reported by program faculty.
