Student Government

Welcome to Anderson!

On behalf of the Anderson University Student Government Association, I want to extend a warm welcome to all 2023-24 Anderson University students. Whether you are a first-year student or a soon-to-be graduate, we all have the privilege of continuing a legacy over 110 years old.

Legacies don’t last for over a century unless they are built on a firm foundation. Anderson’s is built on four core pillars - great academics, great faith, great hospitality, and great purpose - that define everything we do at AU.

Whether your journey at Anderson University is just beginning and nearing its end, use every available moment to build skills, forge relationships, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Strengthen your faith, invest in others, and build a legacy that will stand like the mighty oaks on the front lawn.

No matter what part of campus you are involved in, know that the Student Government Association stands ready to make your experience at Anderson University the best it can possibly be. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. I hope you’ll consider running for a seat in your class Senate as we seek to work for the glory of God and the good of the student body.

Anderson University is an incredible place, filled with faculty, staff, and students who care deeply about you and your success. Use these four years as more than a checklist for a diploma. The opportunities found here are nearly endless - if you’re willing to take them.

Welcome to Anderson University. Welcome home.
