The Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies degree provides a solid foundation in the disciplines of biblical and theological studies by focusing on core competencies in these disciplines. The program has five required courses, but also allows students the flexibility to pursue special interests in Bible and theology through five electives. The degree program is appropriate for a variety of persons, including those already in ministry who are ready for advanced study, as well as persons entering ministry who seek more in-depth knowledge in these areas. The program will also be of value for committed lay leaders in the church who desire to bolster their knowledge of the BIble and Christian theology.
